How to Collect Your Parcel
Follow these three simple steps to collect your parcel at the UPC:
Parcel Delivered
If your parcel has been delivered by a courier service, you can check its status via the myranner.com website.
Check Status
Use the tracking system to check the current status and detailed records of your parcel.
Collect Parcel
Once you have the booking number, you can proceed to collect your parcel at the designated UPC counter.
Track Your Package
Please enter the provided tracking number.
Unable to track your parcel for more than 2 days?
Report ParcelPlease provide the following information: Tracking No. • Recipient's address • Proof of delivery date & photo
Want to send a parcel?
Send ParcelPlease provide the following information: Sender's details • Recipient's Name, Address, Postcode & Phone No.
Please note: On Fridays and public holidays, we will only process requests on the following working day. If you do not receive a reference number after 24 hours or by the next working day, please send us a message via Telegram.
REMINDER
LATE CHARGE RM 10
RM 10 will be charged on parcels claimed beyond a period of 30 days and above from the date recorded.
